I’m an out-of-network provider so that I can remain committed to patient centered care. I believe the patient and provider should have full autonomy over the care plan, not the insurance company.
With my model, all of your sessions will be 1:1– no other providers or patients present. Evaluations are 90-minutes and follow ups are 60-75 minutes in length. You have high touch support from me between sessions, and you’re provided custom guidance and a home program to optimize progress both within and outside of sessions.

You have the option to request itemized receipts from our sessions to submit for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts may vary depending on your insurance plan. It is encouraged that you reach out to your insurance provider to confirm requirements and reimbursement options. Embody PTW accepts payment via cash, check, credit card, or HSA/FSA account at the time of service.

It depends! I am only able to offer skilled Physical Therapy services to women residing in Massachusetts. For coaching/wellness services, I work with women across the globe!

At this time, I am exclusively accepting new inquiries from women as I am a women’s health practice. I do not currently provide support for men’s pelvic health. You may always reach out as I would be happy to provide a referral to one of my amazing colleagues!
